Stepladder win 20 Fenchurch Street Land Securities advised by CBRE and Knight Frank today announced that they will be employing the services of Stepladder to market their iconic new City office building at 20 Fenchurch Street. The 680,000 sq ft project, is a true building for London.

Channel 4 Kilimanjaro Climb We are proud to sponsor Channel 4's marketing team on their recent charitable efforts. The team recently ascended the 19,341 ft of Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Ace Africa, a UK based charity that aims to reduce the impact of HIV/Aids in Africa.

8–10 New Fetter Lane Following another clash of grey matter with some of our closest competitors, we can today announce another victory. Kirkbi Real Estate advised by Cushman & Wakefield have instructed the Stepladder team to deliver the marketing campaign to pre-let 8–10 New Fetter Lane.

Our New Home The last year has been a great one for Stepladder. We have expanded our team which has led to us moving from our Bermondsey Street address to a bigger and better studio next to The Globe Theatre. Win Holborn Links Estate Project Stepladder can today announce the start of marketing Holborn Links Estate with the Englander Group, Allsop and GVA Grimley, following a successful competitive pitch. Stepladder won the account because of its ‘innovative approach’ and ‘proven track record’. We are delighted to have been instructed on this project.

BBC visit Stepladder Today our MD, Ben Richardson was interviewed by a crew from BBC London News for a piece on businesses succeeding in the recession. Our steady growth throughout 2009 has not gone unnoticed it seems, with the majority of small businesses downsizing in the current climate, Stepladder continues to grow, expanding the team and winning new accounts. Soccer Six Some great football was on show when Stepladder’s football team made it all the way to the semi-finals in this year’s corporate Soccer Six, played at West Ham’s Premiership ground. The ‘Pinks’ were out-played out by corporate banking firm BGC who won 3-1. Team captain, Arrann Knott (Web Designer) said “The 3-1 Score line flatters BGC, we were unlucky not to have gone all the way!” Bring on Soccer Six 2010!
