17 years and counting
Seventeen. Not quite old enough to be wise, definitely old enough to know better.
When we started, we were fresh-faced and full of ideas. We’re still full of ideas, we’ve just swapped the fresh face for a thicker skin.
Seventeen years teaches you a few things. How to deliver big, complex projects with a thousand moving parts and still land them on time. How to ride the good years and steer through the bad ones… a pandemic and no shortage of political turmoil among them. How to win the fight for great talent, and the trickier fight to protect margins when every cost seems to be climbing.
What hasn’t changed is the bit that matters most: we’re still obsessive about the quality of what we put out, whether it’s a corporate brand identity or a product campaign. That standard is non-negotiable, and it always will be.
We’re proud of what we’ve built. Properly proud.
Seventeen years in, and we’re only just getting started.
Here’s to the next chapter.
