The creative team have been busy in the studio recently, working with Lancer Property Asset Management and their 'Clever alternative' to core Mayfair.
72 Welbeck Street has all the amenity benefits that come from being located between Bond Street Station and Marylebone Village, but at the same time, doesn't cost the earth in terms of rental profile. The brochures arrived on our desks this week, graphic wallpapers have gone up on site and an integrated campaign will be in full flow over the coming weeks. We've really enjoyed working closely with the client, DTZ and CBRE on this one, and we hope the launch is a big success too.
