EightyFen is a workspace set at a true capital crossroad. Located between Aldgate and historic Spitalfields, EightyFen is the gateway to a diverse and eclectic life in the City where the possibilities are endless. With a central glass atrium spanning the height of the structure, we created a bright identity that celebrates the sky views on every level. Promoting the contemporary light filled interiors and endless roof terraces, a considered trace dust jacket encases the brochure mirroring the illuminated architecture. Working closely with our sister agency Beyond, we also created some rather brilliant CGI’s. Look closely and you might just see our location photography models featured in the building CGI’s, a touch loved by our client.
