Sixty Sloane

Introducing Sixty Sloane, Chelsea; a development brought to you by CIT that is unrivalled by its competition in scale, flexibility, and quality, and situated in a location like no other. ‘An address less ordinary’.

Over the last year we’ve worked with developers CIT, alongside Savills and CBRE to create a compelling brand and suite of campaign assets which communicate the uniqueness of the building itself, and the surrounding area of Chelsea. Originally built in 1911, Sixty Sloane was intended to become a car showroom for the rich and famous, brought to you by none other than Harrods. Due to the First World War it was sadly never completed to realise its full potential, until today.

A combination of bespoke montage imagery, inspired colour palettes and unique typographic styles have been carefully curated to celebrate the building and its unrivalled surroundings; underpinning the brand position of ‘an address less ordinary’. A brand that recognises the past, present and future of the building.
